Due to her traditional (Hatha) training in Nepal and its emphasis on balance, her classes ensure the re-alignment of not only the body but also the mind & soul through sound healing & breathwork. Typically, Gabrielli teaches ‘Yoga Nidra with Sound Healing’ and her signature ‘Fire Flow’ which incorporates Pilates, Barre, & H.I.I.T. Regardless of the class being taught, each focuses on connecting with and understanding the body, mind, & soul through precise cues, anatomical information, and thought-provoking prompts. The intention behind every class is to empower the student as Gabrielli firmly believes that finding moments of stillness in a world constantly on the move is of utmost importance – not only for enhanced well-being but enhanced productivity in all areas of life.
