Your Yoga Teacher Training Is In The Hands of Caring and Experienced Teachers

Tania Winstanley (500 ERYT)
Tania’s yoga journey began at 16, guided by her grandmother. Now, as a 500-hour E-RYT with The Global Yoga Alliance for 15 years, she embodies a lifelong dedication to yoga.
With over 25 years of teaching experience, Tania masterfully weaves together various yoga styles, including Hatha, Yin, Kundalini, and Vinyasa. Her teaching style is characterized by compassion, wisdom, and a deep understanding of the human experience.
Tania has led numerous yoga teacher training programs worldwide, empowering hundreds of students to become confident, inspiring teachers. Her approach is holistic, emphasizing the integration of physical, emotional, and spiritual awareness.
As a testament to yoga’s transformative power, Tania, now 57, continues to practice daily, inspired by her 80-year-old mother, a dedicated yogi who embodies the wisdom: ‘I will feed my muscles before myself every day.’ Tania’s Lisel’s mother begins each day with yoga, even before her morning cup of tea.
Through her teaching, Tania creates a safe, transformative space for students to explore their potential, cultivate self-awareness, and embody their true nature.”

Sybs
Sybs is short for Sybille, the name of a prophetess in Greek mythology and a seer in the ancient world. Yes thats me.
In today’s world I love everything about diving and yoga. Both very much compliment each other with regards to breath work, postures and the meditative state you can find.
Becoming a scuba diving instructor and yoga teacher was the beginning of a journey, not a destination. Being able to help somebody discovering a different side of themselves whilst building this body-mind connection, regardless if underwater or on the yoga mat, is such a reward that keeps me passionate of what I am doing.

Raisa Gabrielli
In 2018, Raisa Gabrielli ventured to Kathmandu, Nepal, to become a 200 Hours Yoga Alliance Certified yoga teacher. While she was there, she experienced the power of sound healing – especially when combined with yoga & breathwork. So, in 2019, Gabrielli became a certified sound healer, accredited by OhanaJo Studio; an award winning wellness studio and one of the largest sound healing centres in Malaysia. Due to her traditional (Hatha) training in Nepal and its emphasis on balance, her classes ensure the re-alignment of not only the body but also the mind & soul through sound healing & breathwork. Typically, Gabrielli teaches ‘Yoga Nidra with Sound Healing’ and her signature ‘Fire Flow’ which incorporates Pilates, Barre, & H.I.I.T. Regardless of the class being taught, each focuses on connecting with and understanding the body, mind, & soul through precise cues, anatomical information, and thought-provoking prompts. The intention behind every class is to empower the student as Gabrielli firmly believes that finding moments of stillness in a world constantly on the move is of utmost importance – not only for enhanced well-being but enhanced productivity in all areas of life.
